The common link to intuition, happiness and inspiration
Ever notice that when you’re inspired, you’re really happy? Even when things aren’t going well, when you’re inspired, you still feel good, uplifted and certain that things will work out?
It’s because when we are inspired, we just know that everything is ok and that life is wonderful. We are CERTAIN we TRUST that it’s all good. There is just no doubt in our mind.
We’re in this high vibrational state of being, we’re unstoppable, which is an even greater level of inspiration because it leads to action – inspired action.

The thing to note here is that intuition is only available in the present moment, and inspiration keeps us going so it’s safe to say that being inspired is one of the most effective tools we can use to anchor into our intuitive knowingness.
Intuition as a channel to wisdom and clarity
If intuition is certainty, than intuition is the channel to wisdom and clarity, more than that, it’s how we step into our authentic self and achieve confidence and ultimate success, wealth and happiness.
I’m doing a mastermind right now with Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi, and it’s been incredible learning from them so that I can become a better mentor and coach myself.
I’m always learning, just as I’m sure you are. Life is truly a precious gift. And the number one way of knowing that you are fulfilling your life’s purpose is by following your intuition, your inner compass.
We are so disconnected, so distracted, living in a world where our personal value is tied to traditional norms like how much money you make, the type of work you do, where you went to school…
The thing is that this approach tends to lead to disappointment because we set ourselves up for a fall by putting our lives in the hands of others. In other words, living up to society’s or other people’s expectation.
In a talk filmed at Awesomeness-Fest, Mindvalley founder, Vishen Lakhiani, explained his alternative model of success: a life based on mission, meaning, and discovering your true calling… instead of blindly following the will of society or even our parents.
It’s why every single one of us yearns to find a purpose-driven life where we are the authors of our lives and not just characters in a scene. How will you determine your own destiny if you are not 100% clear on what you want, and in control?
Let me share with you two things that you need to remember if you want to achieve personal growth and success, a.k.a. happiness.
Number 1: You are 100% responsible for your life.
Number 2: You can achieve immense joy and abundance.
Be bold. Be brave. Be you.

How to achieve happiness
Live simply
It’s never how much you have, it’s about you are and what you choose to do. In a past blog, I talked about this principle as part of why everyone should do a vision board at least once in their lifetime.
The way I teach you how to make a vision board in my online workshop is first by reconnecting with who you are or want to become, what you want to do, and what you want to have.
Clarity allows us to take action, because we know what to do. Vision is more than that, it taps into our why, our values, our true desires. It reminds us that life is meant to be lived.
Nourish your mind and body
The way we speak to ourselves, and what we put in and on our bodies is key to our overall well-being.
Nourishing your mind with positive thinking, podcasts or reading material, personal development literature, working with a coach, learning new skills, using essential oils for emotional balance, meditating, journaling… these are all examples of how you can nourish your mind.
Nourishing your body with high energy, clean foods, using toxic free products, adopting a predominantly plant-based lifestyle, incorporating holistic wellness, exercising daily, practicing yoga, massage… these are all examples of how you can nourish your body.
Let go…
Let go of anyone and anything that no longer serves you. A failing friendship, a job that you no longer love, negative emotions and feelings like sadness and overwhelm.
Life and business is 80% mindset, 20% mechanics in the grand scheme of things. Our mind doesn’t know but our soul does. Our mind makes up stories to assess the situation, to keep us safe, to figure out whether we need to fight, flight or freeze. It’s how we were made… so learn to let go of negativity and do things that make every cell in your body vibrate at the highest level!
Get clear on what you want and don’t settle for anything less
When you’re clear on what you want, and you believe in your heart of hearts that you’ve got this, the universe starts to work with you in ways only you can imagine.
If you’ve experienced this, you know what I mean, and if you haven’t, don’t worry, you’re time will come. I’m always investing in myself to further my development so that I can be the best person I can be to serve and help high achievers like you to get clear, overcome unhealthy habits and break free from mindset blocks that are keeping you stuck.
